Monthly Payments – $190.00 ($6 per day)

3 Months – $520.00 (save $50.00)

- CrossFit South Yarra does not offer contracts, monthly payments can be ceased at anytime.
- 3, 6 and 12 monthly membership must be paid for upfront (no split payments).
- Refunds for 3, 6 or 12 month upfront payments to be given at the discretion of CFSY.
- Membership may be placed on hold for members who are away for extended periods of time (greater than 3 weeks).
- CrossFit South Yarra is open 7 days a week to accommodate your training needs and personal schedules.

Classes:

  • CrossFit WOD (1 hour) – A high intensity strength and conditioning class that can be scaled to suit ALL individuals, involves mobility & warm up exercises, WOD (which can be found on the main page at www.crossfitsouthyarra.com) and cool down.
  • Mobility/Stretch (1 Hour) – A full hour of stretching and mobility to help increase your range of movement and ease out the aches of the week

While trainers will generally be available during outside the hours of the CrossFit classes, they may be running private sessions, so if you would like to come down and have a look, or get some more information, come down just before one of the scheduled CrossFit classes or alternatively arrange an appointment with Ben.

All CrossFit classes run for approximately 1 hour involving mobility & warm up exercises, WOD and cool down.
