CrossFit WOD (Workout of the Day):

Monday through Thursday:
6am, 7am, 12:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm
6am, 7am, 12:30pm, 5:30pm
8am, 10am, 3:30pm (CrossFit Kids), 4pm
10:30am, 11:30am (ROMWOD only – come for the 10:30 class then get a good stretch in afterward.)

All CrossFit WOD classes run for approximately 1 hour, involving mobility, warm up exercises, the WOD and time for a cool down.

While trainers will generally be available to chat outside the hours of the CrossFit classes, they may be running private sessions, so if you would like to come down and have a look or get some more information, it’s best to come down just before one of the scheduled CrossFit classes or arrange an appointment with Ben. We’re pretty easy, so let us know what works for you!
