The trainers at CrossFit South Yarra brings years of vastly different experience and dedication together to provide the best coaching possible to our members. Some of us come from life-long sports backgrounds while others of us only became interested in physical health in our adult years. Some of us have been injured. Some of us work a long, busy standard work week in addition to coaching and pursuing our own training. Some of us had teenage Olympic dreams. Some of us never thought they’d run 5k without stopping.
